PURPOSE: An inner rising type apparatus for sticking a barcode to a green tire and sensing the barcode is provided to modulate a barcode attachment device without the reconstruction of an existing green tire extractor. CONSTITUTION: An inner rising type apparatus for sticking a barcode to a green tire and sensing the barcode comprises a barcode attachment head (2), a forward backward cylinder (4), an ascending/descending cylinder (5), a recognition roller (6), a spring, and a stop proximity sensor (7). The barcode attachment head attaches a barcode to a bead portion (10) of a green tire (11). The forward backward cylinder moves the barcode attachment head forward and backward. When the barcode attachment head touches the bead portion of the green tire, the recognition roller is moved along the surface of the bead portion of the green tire. The spring is installed on the top proximity sensor and is contracted by corresponding to the movement of the recognition roller.
