<p>The invention relates to a composition used as nutritional supplement and to a process for preparing the same. The claimed composition comprises a heterologous embryonic extract standardized in embryo-peptides, maltodextrin, selenium yeast, chromium yeast, zinc chelated in embryo-peptides, pyridoxine, a mixture of cationic peptides, prepared by enzymatic hydrolysis from the vitellus and the albumen left after the drawing of the embryos, with antitrypsin and endocytosis stimulation activities, sodium taurocholate, expanded silicone dioxide, magnesium stearate, methylparaben and propylparaben. The claimed process consists in obtaining and disintegrating the biological material, diluting with sterile water, homogenizing and dissociating the embryo growth factor from their soluble receptors, concentrating the embryo-peptides by tangetial ultrafiltration, denaturation of the embryo-proteins and mixing the embryo-peptides with denatured proteins, obtaining the cationic peptides and adding them and the other components over the mixture of embryo-peptides - embryo-proteins, homogenizing and drying the final mixture by atomization.</p> |
