The tool has a handle formed by two half-sleeves (17, 18), and a housing. The housing is utilized for receiving an accessory e.g. knife blade, about an axis (D) extending transversely of the handle between a rest position in which the accessory is inserted into the housing, and an active position. Each half-sleeve comprises a face (31, 34), and a set of magnets (27-30). Three magnets (8-10) are provided for the accessory. The magnets successively attract and repel each other upon pivoting of the accessory about the axis to keep the accessory in the rest or active position.
