The device has a shouldered part (1) inserted in a tubular structure to be fixed (2) on a support. The shouldered part has a dimensional reduction for the assembly of a shouldered sleeve (3), where the sleeve is made of a flexible material. The sleeve is positioned between the shouldered part and a collar system. The system has a volume same as that of the tubular structure to be supported by the system, so as to allow a continuity of profile. The system has two semi-collar portions (5a, 5b) articulated about an axis (6) to compress the sleeve by a bolt (4) for maintaining the structure.
