PURPOSE: A light emitting device package is provided to reduce intrusion of foreign substances by arranging an insulation film between first electrode and second electrode. CONSTITUTION: A lead frame(130) forms a step. The lead frame includes a first region and a second region. A light emitting device(120) is arranged in one region of the top surface of the second region. A lens unit(110) is arranged on the top of the lead frame. The lens unit is formed to as if surround the light emitting device.
