The claimed invention relates to a method and a production line for manufacturing articles from aluminium alloys, preferably from silumin, with a decorative-protection coating, in particular chromium, nickel coatings and alloys thereof. The method is disclosed for manufacturing such articles comprising providing a cast, preparation thereof by grinding its surface and barreling with permanent water spraying adding a washing agent and subsequent drying in a suspended state during at least 30 min. at 180-240°C, applying a polymer lacquer on the cast surface by spraying in electrostatic field, high-temperature drying with subsequent fusion in two stages and cooling during about 30 min. with permanent air circulation, forming a barrier layer of the decorative-protection metal coating on the cast surface, cooling and defatting of the surface and applying on the surface heated to 60-65°C the decorative-protection metal coating by a vacuum magnetron deposition during about 25 min. at 10Pa vacuum feeding argon onto a spraying alloy. An adequate production line is also proposed. The invention provides to form a decorative-protection metal coating from aluminium alloys on articles having higher or comparable physical-mechanical properties of the coating adhesion to a cast with higher environmental performance, with lower cost and lower time expenditures. |
