PURPOSE: A heat insulating apparatus and a water purifier with the same are provided to prevent contamination of a purification tank which stores water purified through a purification filter by preventing the temperature increase and the propagation of microorganism in the purification tank. CONSTITUTION: A heat insulating apparatus (500) comprises a main body (510) and a heat insulating unit (520). The main body has a storage space (S) for accommodating contents to be heat-insulated. The heat insulating unit is installed in the main body to draw in the steam overheated from a hot water tank, thereby heat-insulating the contents accommodated in the storage space.
