PURPOSE: A convenient use table is provided to prevent a damage of product from an impact with convenient use by having a shock-absorbing function and easy to use. CONSTITUTION: A convenient use table comprises a supporting board(10), a height controlling pillar(20), and an upper plate(30), and a shock-absorbing band(40). The height controlling pillar comprises a tube typed lower pillar(21) installed on the top of the supporting board, a tube typed upper pillar(22) combined on the lower pillar to escalate, and a fixing member(23) installed on the lower pillar to fix the height of the upper pillar. The upper plate is installed on the top of the upper pillar. The shock-absorbing band comprises multiple joint blocks combined with a pin(42) as a mediator to be rotated, is inserted into the height controlling pillar in 'S' shape to be folded with the height controlling pillar as a mediator by escalating upper plate, and performs shock-absorbing function when descending the upper plate as fixed on the supporting board and the upper plate.
