PURPOSE: A reinforcing rib with improved the ability for absorbing the collision is provided to obtain the safety according to the improved the strength and to lighten the weight by simplifying the structure of a bumper beam. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcing rib with improved the ability for absorbing the collision comprises a pair of horizontal members(110), a pair of vertical members(120a,120b), a connecting member(130), and a reinforcing member. The horizontal members are extended to be corresponded to the shape of a central part in a longitudinal direction. The vertical member are upwardly protruded to the depth of a bumper beam at both ends of each horizontal member and are integrally formed with the horizontal member. The connecting member connects the vertical members to be integrated. The reinforcing member is formed with the vertical interval to the horizontal member. Both ends of the reinforcing member are connected to the center of the connecting member to be integrated.
