The method for obtaining of frozen semi-cooked meet foods allows to consume food products as soon as they have reached the state of direct consumption. The use of the method enables the performance of the termination of the technological process for producing of ready-to-eat foods at home and in catering establishments. For this purpose, it is not required any additional equipment, apart from conventional or microwave ovens, such as in all households and catering establishments. The semi-cooked frozen meet foods are subjected to heat treatment before consumption /baking at a temperature of 130-160°?/. Thus obtained products are brought to the state for consumption and are served warm, which ensures excellent food properties, which could not be retained after preparation under industrial conditions. Applying this process provides:- consumption of food products with properties that could not be offered by already existing methods for providing nutritive food.- for quick cooking of foodsat home and in catering establishments. |
