The invention relates to a method for the optimal management of manufacturing systems which perform small-series works, upon order. According to the invention, the method consists in that, in order to manage the manufacturing system, the work stations thereof permanently implement a system-program which provides for the optimal operation of the entire system, said program being periodically elaborated and consisting in the following stages: 1. breaking up the current order into components and the components into operations, thereby making up the alternative technological processes network consisting of work station - technological operation pairs; 2. determining, for each work station - technological operation pair making up the alternative technological processes network, the values of the process constants which define the pair functioning; 3. modelling the pairs operation, while using the data resulting from the monitoring, the course of production for the previous orders, with the constants and variables which define each work station - technological operation pairs; 4. simulating the implementation of the technological processes in the network, first by elaborating alternative system-programs and then, based on the models obtained in the previous stage, by establishing the optimal values of the process variables; 5. using the simulation results to select, from the alternative system-programs, the one exhibiting the maximal efficiency, as evaluated at the manufacturing system level, while meeting the time and price requirements of the orders; 6. elaborating the piece-programs while implementing the values of the process constants established in the second stage, as well as the values of the process variables established in the fourth stage.
|
