PURPOSE: A window locking device is provided to improve advertising effects by locating an advertisement according to an eye level of a passenger taking a seat on a bus or train. CONSTITUTION: A window locking device comprises a main body(100), a hanging unit(200), a restoration spring, and an advertising board. The hanging unit is rotatably connected to the main body with a hinge and is inserted into a hanging groove for locking. The hanging unit is restored to a state in which the hanging unit is locked to the hanging groove by the restoration spring. The advertising board is a liquid display device and is connected to the main body. An advertising board storage unit and an advertising window are formed in order to store the advertising board in the main body. |
