PURPOSE: A vibration supply type small furnace device and a metal waste sorting method using the same are provided to reduce logistic costs and transfer only selected metal waste which is actually necessary. CONSTITUTION: A vibration supply type small furnace device comprises a fuel storage tank(1), a combustor(2), a by-product outlet(4), a primary outlet(5), a secondary outlet(6), a furnace(A), a vibration supplying device(B), a metal waste hopper(8), a boiler(9), a dust collector(10), a bag-filter(11), and a blower(12). The fuel storage tank supplies fuel. The combustor primarily combusts the fuel supplied from the fuel storage tank. The oxygen of high pressure is inserted into the primarily combusted fuel so that the heating furnace secondarily combusts the fuel. Combustion gas heated in the heating furnace is supplied to the furnace. The vibration supplying device is installed under the furnace, and the metal waste is moved toward the vibration supplying device.
