PURPOSE: A hume pipe inside homogenizer is provided to improve durability by preventing a corrosion generated inside the hume pipe, and to minimize a resistance generated from a flow of a fluid by making a roughness of a hume pipe inner periphery even. CONSTITUTION: A hume pipe inside homogenizer comprises a first roller(100), a fume pipe(200), a second roller(300), an spraying device(10), a horizontal measuring device, and a supporting device(400). The hume pipe is positioned between the first rollers, and is rotated to one side by the first roller. The spraying device sprays a coating material in an opening part of one side of the hume pipe. The second roller is positioned to control a welding force toward an inner periphery of the hume pipe in a state of spraying the coating material from the spraying device.
