DEVICE AND METHOD FOR BONDING OF AUXILIARY SECONDARY BARRIER FOR LNG STORAGE TANK

PURPOSE: A device and a method for a bonding of an auxiliary secondary barrier wall for an LNG storage tank are provided to securely welding on a main secondary barrier wall without a task pressing an auxiliary secondary barrier wall with a heating skate board or a hot pad. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for a bonding of an auxiliary secondary barrier wall for an LNG storage tank comprises a frame(10), a driving unit(20), an adhesive coating unit(40), an auxiliary secondary barrier wall feeding unit(50), and a heating unit. The driving unit is mounted on the frame, and drives the frame on an upper insulation board corresponding to an exposed part of a main secondary barrier wall. The adhesive coating unit is mounted to the frame, and coats an adhesive over the exposed part. The auxiliary secondary barrier wall feeding unit is mounted on the frame, and supplies an auxiliary secondary barrier wall over a coated adhesive. The heating unit is installed in the frame, and heated up more than one among an adhesive which is built in the adhesive coating unit, an exposed part in which the built in adhesive is coated, and an auxiliary secondary barrier wall supplied over the coated adhesive.
