PURPOSE: A dirt throwing vehicle control system and a control method thereof are provided to control and process a throwing dirt in real-time by analyzing a photographed image of a road. CONSTITUTION: A vehicle travelling on a road is photographed (S10). Vehicle number of each vehicle is recognized from the photographed image (S11). An outward frame of a vehicle is set according to the vehicle whose number is recognized (S12). It is checked whether there is a moving object separated from the outward frame, by tracking and monitoring vehicles whose outward frames are set (S14). When there is a moving object separated from the outward frame, the vehicle is confirmed to be a dirt throwing vehicle by matching the vehicle number of the corresponding outward frame with the photographed image (S15).
