发明名称 PROCEDE ET DISPOSITIF DE FABRICATION DE MOULES CARAPACES DE FONDERIE
摘要
The process for fabricating a shell mold (10) for a part such as a blade of a turbomachine by lost-wax casting process, comprises forming successive layers by dipping a wax pattern in a slurry of ceramic suspension particles in an aqueous medium. The successive layer are dried in a force air stream, before dipping, to form the next layer. The shell mold is: rotated about an axis transverse to the direction from the forced air stream; driven in a tunnel perpendicular to its rotation axis; and subjected to the flow of drying air. The shell mold is: rotated about an axis transverse to the direction from the forced air stream; driven in a tunnel perpendicular to its rotation axis; and subjected to the flow of drying air oscillating about axes parallel to the rotation axis of the shell mold. The step of drying the successive layers is carried out at different stations. A speed (2-15 m/s) of air flow in each station is increased between the first and second stations. In each station, the air flow is treated to obtain relative humidity and desired temperature (20-35[deg] C). The relative humidity of the air flow is reduced between the first layer and the final layer. The temperature of the air flow is maintained constant during the drying of the layers. An independent claim is included for a device for fabricating a shell mold using a lost-wax casting.
