PURPOSE: A sheave processing method is provided to reduce wastes of materials and processing time and to assembly a wing to a sheave body in various methods. CONSTITUTION: Two wings are located along an outer periphery in order to be inclined. Two wings and a cylindrical sheave body are inserted into each other with different kinds of materials. A hole is formed on the upper and lower parts of the cylindrical sheave body by applying heat on the body and the wing. Two wings are assembled to the cylindrical sheave body by inserting a spring into a hole formed on the wings in order to match the cylindrical sheave body.
