PURPOSE: A 3D frog anatomy device and method are provided to supply active experience in a high degree of freedom by using a knife and a pair of tweezers in a state of anatomy of a 3D frog. CONSTITUTION: A 3D rendering unit(110) simulates anatomy by recognizing movement of an input tool coordinate of a user and controlling a vertex and a polygon of a frog. An image processing unit(120) receives an anatomy execution process of the user and recognizes the input tool coordinate. A user interface unit(130) provides an anatomy progress situation of the user in various positions.
