PURPOSE: A melting apparatus for recycling high-purity metal silcon, and a recycling method of high-purity silicon are provided to one way-mix and melt silicon powder under an atmosphere of limiting oxygen by injecting inactive gas into a high frequency electric induction furnace with a high pressure, thereby manufacturing high-purity silicon with a low cost. CONSTITUTION: A melting apparatus for recycling high-purity metal silicon comprises: a high frequency electric induction furnace (10), an induction coil (20), a cover (30), a gas inlet (31), and a tap hole. The high frequency electric induction furnace is formed with a melting space (11) inside which accommodates silicon nano powder or their mass. The induction coil high frequency induction-heats a melting subject by being installed around the melting space. The cover opens and closes the melting space. The gas inlet is prepared in the high frequency electric induction furnace or in a side of the cover, and injects the gas into the melting space. The tap hole is formed in the side part or lower part of the melting space. |
