PURPOSE: A conductive film and a conductive film roll are provided to solve a problem of being compressed among metal layers by interposing a nitrate covering layer between a first metal layer and a second metal layer. CONSTITUTION: A conductive film and a conductive film roll comprise the following steps: a first transparent conductor layer(12) is laminated on one side of a film material; a first metal layer(13) is laminated on the first transparent conductor layer; a nitrate covering layer(14) is laminated on the first metal layer; a second transparent conductor layer(15) is laminated on another side of the film material; and a second metal layer(16) is laminated on the second transparent conductor layer.
