PURPOSE: An apparatus for manufacturing an optical semiconductor illuminating device is provided to feed a light emitting module together with a thermal tape using a second unit, thereby improving productivity. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing an optical semiconductor illuminating device includes a first unit (100), a second unit (200), and a third unit (300). The first unit feeds a light emitting module in one direction. The light emitting module is formed with multiple semiconductor optical elements aligned in a row. The second unit feeds the thermal tape. The thermal tape adheres to the lower surface of the light emitting module. The third unit transfers the light emitting module in one direction.
