PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of an optical transmission concrete block is provided to simply manufacture a semi-transparent concrete block with low costs by forming linear transmission holes with desired sizes and gaps on a concrete block. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of an optical transmission concrete block comprises a molding frame and a hole forming member. The molding frame is shaped into a box by first to fourth side plates. The first side plate is formed with a plurality of through holes. A plurality of hole forming members pass through the through holes and cross between the first and second side parts. The hole forming member is separated before concrete filled in the molding frame is completely hardened. An optical transmission concrete block(1) is formed with a plurality of through holes(2) for passing water and air.
