The invention relates to a dental implant made of titanium which is inserted into an alveolar crest with reduced bone offer with the view of becoming a prosthetic support in the treatment of edentation. According to the invention, the implant comprises an endo-osseous screw () with a low height and maximum diameter, which is inserted into the reduced alveolar crest, using it completely, and a subperiosteal mesh () with suitable sizes and shape, which is intimately applied onto the cortical surface of the bone, reinforcing it, the subperiosteal mesh () being rigidly fixed to the endo-osseous screw () by screwing with a curing cap () thereof and which, after the tissue integration, in a second surgical time, is replaced with a prosthetic blunt () used as support for the aggregation element of the prosthetic suprastructure, after the tissue integration of the two components the implant acting as a whole, being capable of taking over the forces occurring on it and transmitting them in an advantageous manner to the surrounding bone.
|
