PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a thermoplastic synthetic resin product is provided to easily display a plurality of individual thermoplastic synthetic resins on a fabric or a hot melt surface without the overflow of materials of an edge. CONSTITUTION: A mold in which a hole comprised of random-shaped intaglio is formed is prepared. A thermoplastic synthetic resin material of the amount which is larger than a hole volume of the mold is filled in the hole of the mold. The heat is applied while the mold is pressurized. When the thermoplastic synthetic resin material is melt, the pressurization is released, and a mold is opened. A material except for a part in which the material is filled in the hole of the mold is removed. One or a fabric or a hot melt is mounted on the upper surface of the mold. The thermoplastic synthetic resin material is unitized to the fabric or the hot melt. |
