<p>PURPOSE: An electronic device and an electronic instrument are provided to limit the flow rate of a cooling airflow flowing in an empty slot by having a flux limit member. CONSTITUTION: An electronic device and an electronic instrument comprise the following steps: multiple electronic instruments(10) are mounted on respective multiple slots(3); the electronic instrument is inserted into one slot among the multiple slots; the electronic instrument has a flux limit member(20); the flux limit member is protruding to an empty slot on which the electronic instrument are not mounted; and the flux limit member limits a flow rate of a cooling airflow flowing to the empty slot.</p> |
