PURPOSE: A works calculating system in an online wired/wireless service and a calculating method thereof are provided to independently verify calculation of a contents providing site with a double check means, thereby clearly distributing profits to a holder of right. CONSTITUTION: A works database(21) stores contents. A contents managing server(22) provides the contents from the works database by using an online service A calculation module(24) organizes contents use information according to each holder of right. The calculation module stores the organized information in a database. The calculation module reflects a calculation policy of a contents providing site and generates royalty calculation information.
