The strap (1) has a set of ends (2) that is fixed near or on a head liner (3). An articulated fixing unit (4) is provided on a swiveling axis such that the strap is able to be directed horizontally, and refixed with the head liner using a detachable fixing unit. The fixing unit comprises a magnetized system that is arranged with a magnet (5). The magnet is integrated in the head liner. A magnetisable element is placed at a free end (6) of the strap. A sleeve part or a handle (7) is equipped with a metal loop that is magnetisable at the free end.
