PURPOSE: A process for decomposing a catalyst related to a unit for amine-treating, by using an at least one reverse turbine, thereby improving CO2 balance by distributing credits. CONSTITUTION: A process for decomposing a catalyst related to capture CO2 uses an amine managing unit(AMN) of a fumes, to remove CO2 and is a process for trapping CO2 emitted by smoke from a catalytic cracking unit treating residual hydro carbon cut remaining in atmosphere. HP steam is generated by cooling the smoke during the process. As a nonexclusive method, at least one reverse turbin operating at least one of MAB or WCG is used. Final LP steam is used for regenerating amine in the AMN. Excessive HP and LP steam is emitted by smoke from a regenerated region of a catalyst decomposition unit which is converted to a CO2 credit. |
