PURPOSE: A light emitting diode for a road, a controlling system and a controlling method of the same are provided to enhance the light speed of a module to keep the flux of a street light. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting unit comprises several light emitting diodes. A problem detecting part(120) detects electric voltage or electric current which is applied to several light emitting diodes. An analysis controlling part(130) controls the light speed of the light emitting diodes with a signal detected. An operating part(140) operates the light emitting unit.
