A RETARDATION FILM

PURPOSE: A phase difference film is provided to increase interlayer adhesion by using the chemical bond between different layers in a curing process of a liquid crystal layer and an alignment layer. CONSTITUTION: A phase difference film(100) includes a base(110), a liquid crystal layer(120), and an alignment layer(130). The liquid crystal layer and the alignment layer are bonded by chemical combination. The chemical combination includes carbon-carbon saturated bonding between adhesive force reinforcing agents. An isocyanate group and an (meta)acrylate group including the liquid crystal layer and the alignment layer are formed in the end of the carbon-carbon saturation binding.
