PURPOSE: A light emitting diode lighting device and transparent heat resistant and insulating liquid used therein are provided to increase economic feasibility by reducing a manufacturing cost, and to extend the shelf life of LED (Light Emitting Diode) lighting device by increasing the heat resistant efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting diode lighting device includes: a luminescent diode including an LED; a power control circuit unit(20) for supplying a power to the LED; a housing receiving the luminescent diode and the power control circuit unit; a socket part(40) supplying external power to the power circuit part by being installed at one end of housing; and transparent heat-resistant insulating liquid(50) including insulation liquid for preventing the heat of luminescent diode and power control circuit unit from radiating by receiving in the housing and a conductive particle which is dissolved in the insulation liquid. |
