<p>The invention relates to a process and installation for producing devulcanized rubber. According to the invention, the process consists in comminuting rubber waste resulting from tires, which is homogeneously mixed with 3% of modified zeolite-type devulcanization additive, in liquid state, at the environment temperature, thereafter the additive and rubber granules mixture is subjected to 7 successive pressing stages followed by grinding to result devulcanized rubber which is packaged. The claimed installation consists of some tanks () for the raw material, and the mixture with the devulcanization additive, respectively, some dosing devices (), some raw material and mixture conveying belts () provided with cooling systems, some sets of rolls (), a pneumatic device () for conveying the mixture towards a ball mill-type granules mixing and comminuting system () for reducing the devulcanized rubber grain size and a packaging system ().</p> |
