The device has a hollow upright beam (3) e.g. mast, with an air inlet (9) provided at a lower end and an air outlet (10) provided at an upper end, where the beam supports an electrical cabinet (8) on a side. Two flow connections (12, 13) are formed between an interior (14) of the cabinet and a cavity (11) of the beam at a level of a lower end and an upper end of the cabinet, respectively. A sealing element (15) is provided at an intermediate level between the flow connections for blocking the cavity of the beam, where the beam is formed as a steel upright of a bridge. |
