PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display is provided to efficiently reflect natural light at the outside by using a reflection electrode. CONSTITUTION: A first insulation layer(103) has a concavo-convex shape and an organic material. A common electrode(102) has light reflectance and a shape corresponding to the concavo-convex shape. A pixel electrode(105) has light transmittance. A liquid crystal layer(106) includes liquid crystal molecules. The liquid crystal layer is driven by an IPS(In Plane Switching) mode for generating an electric field between the common electrode and the pixel electrode.
