PURPOSE: An enamel wire is provided to offer improved partial discharge resistance by having a film with silane-containing inorganic nanofiller uniformly dispersed on an organic insulation polymer matrix. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of an enamel wire comprises the following steps: adding inorganic nanofiller into a first solvent, adding first and second silane into the first solvent, and irradiating the first solvent with ultrasonic waves to obtain silane-containing inorganic nanofiller; dispersing the silane-containing inorganic nanofiller to a second solvent to obtain a colloidal solution; dispersing the colloidal solution in varnish to obtain the colloidal solution containing the silane-containing inorganic nanofiller; and coating a conductive wire(110) with the varnish, and drying and heat-curing to form a film(120) to obtain the enamel wire.
