A drive circuit, a shift register, a gate drive, an array substrate and a display device. The drive circuit comprises a pull-up module, a first pull-down module, a second pull-down module, a pull-up drive module, a pull-down drive module and a reset module. The first pull-down module outputs a shut-off signal to an output end (OUTPUT) according to a signal input by a clock block signal input end (CLKB) and a signal of a pull-down node (PD1); the second pull-down module outputs a shut-off signal to a pull-up node (PU) and the output end (OUTPUT) according to a signal input by a clock signal input end (CLK) when a signal input by an input end (INPUT) is at a low level; when a signal input by a signal input end (INPUT) is at a high level, the signal input by the clock block signal input end (CLKB) is also at a high level and the signal input by the clock signal input end (CLK) and the signal input by the clock block signal input end (CLKB) are out of phase. The drive circuit may effectively avoid the threshold voltage drift due to a gate offset stress and can reduce the noise of the output voltage.
