PURPOSE: A color electrophoretic particle, a method for fabricating the same, and an electrophoretic display having the same are provided to reflect light to the outside without light loss by using sub light reflection particles and a light conversion layer for changing the wavelength of the light provided from the outside. CONSTITUTION: A binder(10) surrounds a color light reflecting particle(40). The color light reflecting particle includes a sub light reflecting particle(20) and a light conversion layer(30). The light conversion layer includes organic pigment particles(35) and surrounds the sub light reflecting particle. A light conversion layer changes the wavelength of the light provided from the outside. The sub light reflecting particle reflects the light passing through the light conversion layer.
