<p>The system (110) has a sensor unit (112) comprising two electrodes (120, 122) and a solid electrolyte (124) i.e. Yttria-stabilized zirconia-solid electrolyte, which is provided for connecting the electrodes. One of the electrodes stays in connection with a measuring gas area (116), and the other electrode is supplied with gas from the measuring gas area over a diffusion path. The sensor unit is designed for suppressing catalytic activity of a catalytic active material in the diffusion path, where the sensor unit has an impregnation in the diffusion path. An independent claim is also included for a method for manufacturing of a sensor system.</p> |
