PURPOSE: An indium oxide powder in which zinc and tin are employed, a manufacturing method thereof, and a manufacturing method of indium target by using the indium oxide powder are provided to prevent generation of waste water. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of indium oxide powder in which zinc and tin are employed comprises next steps: throwing metal acetate in butanol; synthesizing indium hydroxide in which zinc and tin are employed; and manufacturing the indium oxide powder in which zinc and tin are employed by incinerating the synthesized indium hydroxide at 300 deg. Celsius. The butanol is one of the following: N-butanol, the tert- butanol, and 2- butanol and iso- butanol. The butanol and metal acetate are mixed in a molar ratio of 1:2-10. |
