PURPOSE: An antifungal material which is produced from Dacryopinax sp. FB(deposit number KCCM 11084P) is provided to strongly suppress various fungi and to be used in pharmaceutical products, foods, and agrochemicals. CONSTITUTION: Dacryopinax sp. FB has an antifungal activity. The strain has a base sequence of sequence number 1. An antifungal composition contains a culture extract of the strain as an active ingredient. The extract is prepared using a solvent selected from the group consisting of ethanol, methanol, and water. A method for preparing an antifungal composition comprises: a step of culturing the strain; a step of dissolving the culture in the solvent and extracting; and a step of formulating the extract. |
