<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aeration tube capable of avoiding clogging by impurities in a liquid, and a liquid storage tank having the same. <P>SOLUTION: The aeration tube 20 is introduced extensionally in the horizontal direction in a tank body storing a liquid L, and is constituted of an aeration tube body 30 to release air A from hole parts 32 opening on the outer peripheral surface 31 into the liquid L, and air staying means 40 forming spaces S for the air A discharged from the hole parts 32 to temporarily stay in, between the hole parts 32 and the liquid.
