<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the fastening strength of a bearing housing and a base part in a fan. <P>SOLUTION: In a fan, a stationary part 3 includes a stator 32, a bearing housing 31 molded by metal as one continuous member, a bearing part 34 arranged in the bearing housing, and a base part 35 molded of resin and supporting the bearing housing. A rotating part 2 includes a rotor holder 21, a rotor magnet 22, and a shaft 24. The bearing housing includes a cylindrical part, and a protruding part extending radially outwards from a lower part of the cylindrical part. The cylindrical part includes at least one groove part extending in an axial direction and arranged in a circumferential direction on an outer circumferential surface. The groove part is joined to a region on the lower side of the protruding part via a side part of a connecting position between the cylindrical and protruding parts.
