<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new drawing aid that can accurately and easily draw lines without damaging or soiling a piece of paper in making a picture with radial lines such as focusing lines. <P>SOLUTION: A drawing aid has a weak adhesive film on a bottom, and includes: a pedestal 1 for fixing the film on a piece of paper; and a ruler plate 2 which can be fitted into the pedestal 1, rotates with a focus on a rotary shaft 4 on the pedestal 1, and has at least one straight line part 5 in the radial direction from the rotary shaft 4. The pedestal 1 is fixed so that the center of a focusing line on the paper fits to the rotary shaft 4 on the pedestal 1. The ruler plate 2 is rotated to fit into the pedestal 1. Thus, the ruler plate 2 can be rotated without shifting from the center of the focusing line. The pedestal 1 can be fixed without damaging the paper and can be easily removed owing to the weak adhesive film. The ruler plate 2 draws lines using the straight line part 5 as a ruler, which radially extends from the rotary shaft 4.
