This motor control unit houses two circuit substrates in a substrate case, and has a connection holder arranged on the outer surface of the substrate case. The connection holder has both an external connection terminal and connection pins. The circuit substrates each have multiple through-holes through which the connection pins pass. The connection pins comprise an external connection pin and an internal connection pin. Also, the connection holder and the circuit substrates are arranged such that the connection pins pass through the through-holes of the circuit substrates.
