<p>Disclosed are engineering machinery and a safety state determining method, device and system thereof. The method comprises the following steps: constructing at least one grade of safety control area (A1-A3,S1) according to the position of support legs (1A,1B,1C,1D) of the engineering machinery after the support legs are unfolded; calculating an equivalent mass center (G,S2) of the engineering machinery; judging the position relation (S3) between the equivalent mass center of the engineering machinery and the at least one grade of safety control area; and determining safety state (S4) of the engineering machinery according to the position relation. The device comprises a safety control area construction module, an equivalent mass center calculation module, a position relation determining module and a safety state determining module. The system comprises the device, a first group of sensors used for detecting stretching quantity of the support legs of the engineering machinery in the horizontal direction and a second group of sensors (2-4) used for detecting moving parameters of operation parts. The engineering machinery comprises lower equipment (11), a rotating platform (12) and the operation parts (5-10) and further comprises the device or the system. By applying the method and the device, the succor ability of the engineering machinery in a complicated succor circumstance is improved, and the safety operation of the engineering machinery can be ensured.</p> |
