The method involves injection molding a carrier in a process step in an injection molding machine (1) in a time span. A soft foam layer is injection molded in another process step in one of other two injection molding machines (2, 3) in another time span, which is larger than the former time span. The injection molded soft foam layer is adheringly connected with the injection molded carrier by a joining step. The soft foam layer is contained with residual heat from an injection molding process, where the residual heat is used for hardening an adhesive connection.
