<p>The present invention provides a method, device and system for determining an initial file transmission speed. By determining consecutive detection packets in a round of detection packets, a usable bandwidth between transmission channels is determined through the consecutive detection packets, and an initial file transmission speed is determined according to the usable bandwidth, thereby solving the problem in the prior art of a low efficiency in determining an initial file transmission speed, and increasing the efficiency of file transmission.</p> |
