A pump chamber (15) is limited by a movable pump element (10) such that the volume of the pump chamber is varied by moving the pump element. The pumping element is mechanically connected with the armature which is supported by an elastic support element (7) in a movable manner on the coil. The pump device can be manufactured easily and efficiently at low cost.
