#CMT# #/CMT# The transmission (1) has a dual clutch (8) comprising an input shaft (EW1) designed as a hollow shaft and another input shaft (EW2) designed as a solid shaft. The input shafts are arranged coaxial to each other on a main shaft axis (4). Six gear wheel stages (ZP2, ZP3, ZP4, ZP5, ZP6, ZP9) are switched as gears by respective switching elements (S1-S10) and arranged in wheel planes. One of the input shafts is connected with three of the gear wheel stages for switching one of the gears, and another input shaft is connected with another three gear wheel stages for switching another gear. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Dual clutch transmission i.e. hybrid transmission (claimed), for a motor vehicle. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The dual clutch transmission is designed with reduced number of wheel planes and gear wheel stages, thus designing the transmission in a compact manner at reduced weight using less number of components. #CMT#DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS : #/CMT# The drawing shows a schematic view of a dual clutch transmission.
